The star is on the rise after Barcelona officially confirmed that their young defensive midfielder Marc Bernal. Has torn his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). The

17-year-old has broken into Barca’s first-team squad regularly this season after impressing in pre-season.

However, Bernal picked up the injury against Rayo Vallecano on Tuesday night. And was forced off on crutches, and tests confirmed the news no one wanted to hear. Barca

revealed today that tests on Bernal have torn the ACL in his left knee. And he will undergo surgery in the next few days, as well as a fractured meniscus. The
